The solution? System + Process

We created a solution where document generation begins at the inspection site , not in the office.

1. We mapped out the process using an inspection checklist.

2. We developed a customized app with a mobile work order system that works 100% offline (essential for locations without signal).

3. We implemented artificial intelligence (AI) in practice, where the engineer dictates the problem on-site (by text or audio!), and the AI transcribes it technically and links the photo to the correct location.

The result?

What used to be a 3-week marathon of compilation and writing is now resolved in about 2 days . The system generates the ready-to-use PDF, requiring only a final technical validation. This allows the engineer to focus on engineering, not formatting. That's a real gain in scale.
